Golden Spoon is a frozen yogurt chain that sells fat free, low calorie yogurt. Aaaannndddd....It is AMAZING! Seriously. Best ice cream I've EVER had. It's light, refreshing, and it packs a serious punch of flavor.

My husband decided to go without the mix-ins. He got the Blueberry Pomegranate and the Tart Mango. It was a little too fruity for me, but he LOVED it.
My advice:
- Always order at least two flavors. They charge you the same amount either, but give you double the yogurt when you order two. Plus, the flavors are so yummy that it's fun to mix them.
- The mix-ins are a very good deal. If you like your yogurt plain, good for you. But if you're like me and prefer to shove as much junk as you can into every ice cream bite, the mix-ins are a must. For 90 cents they give you two different items, which really allows you to customize your dessert.
- Always ask to sample the flavors first. The people working there are happy to help you.
- The serving sizes may look small, but I always get the kiddie size and never finish it in one sitting.
